We previously announced to the public on November 27, 2025, that a Share Transfer Agreement had been signed on November 25, 2025, regarding the acquisition by Online Finansal Danışmanlık A.Ş. of all 185,000,008 shares representing the capital of our company, Dünya Varlık Yönetim A.Ş. All conditions required for the completion of this transaction including customary terms and approvals from the Competition Authority and the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency have been fulfilled, and the share sale and transfer transactions have been executed in accordance with the agreement signed by the parties.
