Dunya Varlık Yönetim A.Ş. ("Dunya Varlık"), one of the leading asset management companies of Turkey, was originally established in 2008 within the scope of Banking Law number 5411 and regulated by Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BRSA).

As a regulated asset management company, Dunya Varlık can acquire and manage receivables and other assets originated by banks and other financial institutions, restructure the receivables or foreclose on the assets, provide advisory or intermediation services for restructuring and asset sale.

Dunya Varlık attaches high importance to new technology investments in order to provide faster and more flexible solutions to customers and satisfactory service to the banks whose portfolios we acquire and to create more value as a result.

Dunya Varlık carries out both loan solution negotiations and legal follow-up procedures with its own finance and legal experts. Since its establishment, Dünya Varlık's shareholding structure has consisted of international institutional partners, and as a reflection of this, it has created and maintained processes based on customer orientation, professionalism, institutionalism and ethical values.

- Dunya Varlık's bond program counts 48 issues with over TRY 3 billion in nominal value over the past 11 years owing to interest and confidence of our investors.

- In 2023 Dunya Varlık signed a long-term EUR 7 million loan agreement with EBRD, bolstering Dunya Varlık's funding base for further NPL portfolio purchases.

- Dunya Varlık received investment grade rating from Turkrating since 2015. Our long-term credit rating was confirmed as TR AA+ in 2024 by Turkrating. The short term note was confirmed as TR A1. Outlook is "Stable"
